Delivery Policy

Orders received will be processed within 1-2 days. Upon processing it will be dispatched. We do not guarantee same day delivery, orders will be filled within 2-3 days from order depending on availability. Cut off time is 3pm each day.

If an order cannot be filled within 2-3 days, the customer will be informed of the situation and advised when stock will arrive.

No orders will be left on premise without the signature of receipt. Delays may be caused if there is no one to receive goods.

Shipping time is dependent on external factors such as traffic, weather and availability of drivers.

No deliveries are made on public holidays. Orders received during that period will be processed upon next working day.

Delivery problems must be reported to the General Manager of Encore Foods immediately. It is not standard procedure to replace goods, but this is dependent on each situation.

Urgent orders may be filled upon request through the General Manager. This is only for extreme circumstances, but Encore Foods do not guarantee the delivery of all products ordered.
